Policies (PLEASE READ UPON BOOKING)

6 WEEK TOUCHUP IS NOT INCLUDED-$80

6 week corrective touchup $115

6 week powder brows touchup $115

Annual touchup $150

Security DEPOSIT is NON REFUNDABLE
NO CALL/NO SHOW/DEPOSITS:

Deposit is requested and required for every NEW Client. For existing clients ANY LAST MINUTE Rescheduling/CANCELLATION WILL BE A $55 CANCELLATION FEE! These are luxury services and require a lot of time and skill. I will not accept last minute bookings unless a deposit is paid to ensure our time slot chosen. 

-No call no show:  First time no call/no show : DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST and you will be expected to pay next appointment 50% total upfront!

2nd no call no show- in order to book again again you must pay in full up front!

3rd no call or cancellation- you will not be booked again.

rescheduling: you may transfer your deposit over if you need to move it and give me at least 24 hours notice . If you cancel due to sickness or emergency, we can absolutely discuss and agree upon suitable date to move your appointment. IF your appointment is within 24 hours unfortunately the deposit will be lost but I will be happy to rebook you. Please understand when an appointment cancels last minute, for whatever reason, that time is lost. And it is hard to fill that spot last minute. 

COVID 19 POLICY:

 (If you are Covid 19 positive or have symptoms , you must wait 14 days until your next booked appointment ) 

Temperatures will be taken at appointment and covid screening form must be signed along with consent forms. 

last minute cancellations: same applies as no call/ no show.

I will always work with you if you just communicate with me. my time and skill is what your paying for, so Please do not waste it and respect it 🥰

If you need removal YOU MUST pay for the removal $35.

I do not accept foreign fills meaning I will not fill other artists work. You must get removal and a new set to be a client here. 

FILLS ARE CONSIDERED A FILL IF YOU HAVE 30 % lashes left or more! Please don’t wait over 4 weeks ! I understand with great retention we feel we can go 5-6 weeks! But the reason it will not be considered a fill is because most of the lashes will be grown out therefor need to be removed and replaced . If you wait longer than 4 weeks OR your lashes are all grown out Or you have less then 30% of your set left it will be considered a full set. Full set means you must pay for a new set.
